This Privacy Policy explains how Code Solver Pro ("we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and protects your information when you use the Service at aiprogrammer.top.

We collect only the minimum information necessary to provide the Service:
- Email address — provided by you when setting up the extension, used solely to deliver AI-generated solutions.
- Device identifier — a non-personal token generated automatically to manage your access without requiring an account.
- Screenshot content — the coding problem image you submit. This is sent to an AI model for analysis and is not stored after processing is complete.
- Payment information — processed entirely by Bank of Georgia. We do not receive or store your card details.
2. How We Use Your Information
- To deliver AI-generated solutions to your email.
- To verify your active plan and manage access.
- To respond to support inquiries.
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.
3. Data Retention
Screenshots and problem content are discarded immediately after the AI response is generated. Email contact details are retained only as long as necessary to deliver the Service. You may request deletion at any time by contacting us.
4. Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services, each subject to their own privacy policies:
- OpenAI — AI processing of screenshots.
- Bank of Georgia — payment processing.
- Resend — email delivery.
5. Security
All data transmitted between the extension, our server, and third-party APIs is encrypted via HTTPS/TLS. We follow industry-standard practices to protect your information.
6. Your Rights

7. Children's Privacy
The Service is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
