Code Solver Pro is a Chrome extension and web service that uses AI to analyze screenshots of coding problems and deliver solutions via email or WhatsApp. You may use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service to violate any applicable law or regulation.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise circumvent any security or usage restrictions.
• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute access to the Service without written permission.
• Use the Service to engage in academic dishonesty where prohibited by your institution.

2. Accounts and Access

No account registration is required. The extension identifies your device automatically. You are responsible for ensuring that no unauthorized persons use the Service through your device.

3. Payments and Subscriptions

Certain features require a paid plan. All fees are stated at checkout and are charged in US Dollars (USD). By completing a purchase you authorize us to charge the applicable fee via our payment processor (Bank of Georgia).

Plans are non-recurring unless otherwise stated. Please review our Refund Policy for information on eligibility for refunds.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and software comprising the Service are the exclusive property of aiprogrammer.top or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without our written consent.

5. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

Solutions provided by the Service are generated by AI models and are provided "as is" without any warranty of accuracy or fitness for a particular purpose. You should review all AI-generated code before using it. We are not liable for any errors in the generated output.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, aiprogrammer.top shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.
