We want you to be completely satisfied with Code Solver Pro. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. Eligibility for a Refund
You may request a full refund within 7 days of your purchase if:
- The Service failed to deliver an AI-generated solution after a successful screenshot submission.
- You experienced a technical issue that prevented you from using the Service and our support team was unable to resolve it within 48 hours.
- You were charged in error (duplicate charge, wrong amount, etc.).
2. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued in the following circumstances:
- You changed your mind after purchasing and have already used credits or access.
- The AI solution was delivered but did not meet your expectations for quality (AI outputs are provided "as is").
- Your plan expired without use — unused access is not refundable after the plan period ends.
- Your request is submitted more than 7 days after the original purchase date.
3. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, email us at top-code@aiprogrammer.top with:
- The email address used at checkout.
- Your Bank of Georgia transaction ID or order reference.
- A brief description of the issue you experienced.
We will review your request and respond within 3 business days. Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method via Bank of Georgia.
4. Processing Time
Once approved, refunds typically appear in your account within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card issuer.
